If you’re looking for a contractor for renovations, I would recommend Stanley and his team! They recently finished putting in all new flooring, painting and renovating my bathroom and I am very happy with the final products! I met with 5 contractors to talk through the projects and get estimates and Stanley was not only the most fair priced, but he gave suggestions and ideas, and as someone living in a high rise, he was the only one to speak about the importance of installing new flooring with the right sound proofing. Plus, he was one of the few contractors who will order the materials and bring them at the start. I sent him the materials I wanted and his team brought what was needed which made the project so much easier. Since I live in a high rise, I had to deal with an HOA and rules which he understood and addressed as needed. When the project started, his team showed up on time every day ready to go. They always explained what they would be doing on that day so there were no surprises, and they asked questions to confirm what needed to be done. I also appreciated their attention to detail. The team does great work and they’re efficient! You won’t be waiting with incomplete projects because they come to work hard, do good work and finish the job. Stanley has always been a great communicator and always very responsive to changes in the project and fairly priced. As a general contractor, he does a great job to stay up to speed on the project progress and it helps that he has a great crew of employees. Project #1 (from 2017): I hired Stanley to remodel my master bath.  Involved demo, removal of tub, install custom tile shower stall, removal of soffit, new electrical, toilet, vanity, etc.  Project turned out great – 5 years later, no complaints at all.  Mirek was the main guy on my job and was great. Project #2 (from 2022): I hired Stanly to do larger project at my lake house – this included installing 15 windows + sliding door, interior & exterior trim work around windows, it also required a fair amount of framing for the windows (which were larger than the original windows), drywall & some minor electrical work.  Additionally, I hired him to insulate the exterior walls of my house and installed a tile shower stall & floor.  Mirek was once again the main guy on my job and was great. I would highly recommend Stanley for any project – big or small.

Stanley came to our house right away to inspect the damage and provide a fair estimate for removing the existing carpet and replacing the floor with laminate tiles. The tiles he selected matched beautifully with our walls’ paint color and our home’s style. His team were courteous, friendly and fast! As promised it was completed in a timely manner (~2 weeks) and though it took some time to actually get started and the communication in the beginning was somewhat sparse, we are very happy with the final product and, importantly, the price (it was done for half of what home depot and other contractors asked for). If there was anything that needed to be changed with the plans that was set. There was no problem with Stanley and his crew, they happily changed it and asked us if there was anything else  that did not please us before they continued.  Verified I put out a job on Yelp for an installation of a tube sky light. Many companies responded but I went with Global. Why? First of all, Stanley responded almost immediately. Secondly, for the estimate, he was professional and courteous. He was direct, which I appreciated, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.  Verified We contacted Mr. Stanley for a quote to remove the two old bathroom vanities in our home and install their replacements, as well as install two new faucets along with any needed plumbing modifications.  We also requested to have two sets of grab bars installed in the bath and the shower, as well as have some of the old grouting replaced in those same areas and the kitchen.  Mr. Stanley provided us with a very competitive quote within a few days of our initial contact, the proposal included a warranty of one year, and he was able to schedule the work during the time frame we requested. Mr. Stanley and his assistant, Mr. Janek, completed the project in two days.  All aspects of the quoted job were addressed professionally, and we believe that the work product was completed very well and exceeded our expectations.  We are extremely grateful to Mr. Stanley, and we plan on contacting GLOBAL HOME IMPROVEMENTS INC. for our future home improvement projects.  Thank you, Mr. Stanley.  Thank you, sir!

 Verified Stanley came out and gave me an estimate within 48 hours. After going through numerous other estimates for our insurance companies, we chose to go with Global Home Improvement. Stanley gave me the timeframe and was honest about the timeframe for our bathroom job, but he also guaranteed that the job would be done in the timeframe we needed. We had to go with a new tile because the tile in the bathroom before was outdated and unavailable. He kept the price in the range that we needed it to be. Looking at the finished product I can't put into words how good of a job they had done. Redoing the wall, the bathroom tiles, and the tiling by the shower was all done correctly and they made sure to clean up everything when they were done.  Verified I contacted Global Home Improvement to get a quote on a project.  I've been getting quotes from multiple contractors and they have all said they can do it. Stanley from Global Home Improvement came a long way to evaluate the project and when he got onsite he said he couldn't do it and explained why and it made total sense.  His explanation also helped me understand that other contractor's shouldn't be bidding on the work and I should do it a different way. So this was a totally honest and straightforward interaction, which isn't always the case when working with contractors. Even though I didn't use Global Home Improvement for my project, I will definitely use them for other future projects based on my sole interaction.
