If you’re looking for a contractor for renovations, I would recommend Stanley and his team! They recently finished putting in all new flooring, painting and renovating my bathroom and I am very happy with the final products!
I met with 5 contractors to talk through the projects and get estimates and Stanley was not only the most fair priced, but he gave suggestions and ideas, and as someone living in a high rise, he was the only one to speak about the importance of installing new flooring with the right sound proofing.
Plus, he was one of the few contractors who will order the materials and bring them at the start. I sent him the materials I wanted and his team brought what was needed which made the project so much easier. Since I live in a high rise, I had to deal with an HOA and rules which he understood and addressed as needed.
When the project started, his team showed up on time every day ready to go. They always explained what they would be doing on that day so there were no surprises, and they asked questions to confirm what needed to be done. I also appreciated their attention to detail.
The team does great work and they’re efficient! You won’t be waiting with incomplete projects because they come to work hard, do good work and finish the job. I would definitely recommend Stanley for your next project!

I have used Stanley for two separate projects over 5 years apart. Stanley has always been a great communicator and always very responsive to changes in the project and fairly priced. As a general contractor, he does a great job to stay up to speed on the project progress and it helps that he has a great crew of employees.
Project #1 (from 2017): I hired Stanley to remodel my master bath. Involved demo, removal of tub, install custom tile shower stall, removal of soffit, new electrical, toilet, vanity, etc. Project turned out great – 5 years later, no complaints at all. Mirek was the main guy on my job and was great.
Project #2 (from 2022): I hired Stanly to do larger project at my lake house – this included installing 15 windows + sliding door, interior & exterior trim work around windows, it also required a fair amount of framing for the windows (which were larger than the original windows), drywall & some minor electrical work. Additionally, I hired him to insulate the exterior walls of my house and installed a tile shower stall & floor. Mirek was once again the main guy on my job and was great.
I would highly recommend Stanley for any project – big or small.

We had water seepage in our basement after the recent storms. Stanley came to our house right away to inspect the damage and provide a fair estimate for removing the existing carpet and replacing the floor with laminate tiles. The tiles he selected matched beautifully with our walls’ paint color and our home’s style. His team were courteous, friendly and fast! They finished the job a day early and the floors look great!

Really outstanding work. We are extremely pleased with the bathroom renovation. As promised it was completed in a timely manner (~2 weeks) and though it took some time to actually get started and the communication in the beginning was somewhat sparse, we are very happy with the final product and, importantly, the price (it was done for half of what home depot and other contractors asked for). Would highly recommend them if you are considering home renovation

Very satisfied with he pricing and very beautiful job that Stanley and his crew did with our kitchen. If there was anything that needed to be changed with the plans that was set. There was no problem with Stanley and his crew, they happily changed it and asked us if there was anything else that did not please us before they continued. If they saw something that they thought it did not look right they notified us ASAP and asked us for our opinion on it. I would alway recommend Global Home Improvement
